"Our business revolves around client relationships. Taking this client from £50m of repaid bridge-to-let facilities straight into a further £16.7m in Hounslow shows what we aim to be a reliable partner with flexible capital, structuring each loan around the borrower's strategy rather than a fixed product. We're proud of the trust this client has placed in us and look forward to supporting their next phase of growth."
The transactions were led by Olivia Luker, Oliver Thompson and Sam Hudson.
